Desperation for a LF/DH
Lately it comes out that the Mariners are desperately seeking a LF/DH that is also lefthanded. Not a surprise really, but let's take a look at who is generating interest.
Luis Gonzalez
Cliff Floyd
Aubrey Huff was a sidebar item at Prospect Insider a few days ago.
None are all that inspiring.
My own CocoCrisp idea isn't inspiring either. And there is still Ben Broussard.

I'm sorry I left for a while. I needed a vaction, and then work changed substantially. I'm over 50 hour weeks, plus two hours a day of commuting time.
A few weeks ago I launched my own blog about Seattle Sounders FC and Life in Puget Sound. I won't be by these parts often as my focus has changed. Sorry about the unannounced retirement.
