While I have a little concern with Stewart's bat this season, his defense HAS to be better than Atkins has exhibited so far this year.
I would rather trade Stewart than Hawpe, and I don't want to see Stewart traded anytime soon.
Hawpe throwing out the runner today is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.
Doubling the guy off 1B, or preventing the runner from scoring from 2B on a single can only be done with a strong-armed RF. Does anyone know if Stewart has the same cannon as Hawpe?
