i voted approve. he fought hard to hoodwink everyone on the cap.which i was not in favour of.you might find it hard to argue that it has not improved the competiveness level for the teams with less financial strength though. the cap is supposed to be rising again also. that will put the onus on the teams to keep the arses in the seats buy spending to the maximum cap level. it also challenges the markets(fans)to support their teams.
the strong teams will eventually again be able to have the financial advantage back. a advantage they acheived by building a strong fan base i believe. thats was taken away by the cap i believe,and that is the reason i did not like it at first.
that said. gretzky should be the commish imo.
