Pete Rose is another beauty, Drew. Did you hear him on with Keith Olbermann and Dan Patrick a few weeks ago? He claimed that he bet on his own team, to win, EVERY NIGHT. Yeah, right Pete. Who believes that one? So if you're managing the Rockies, and Josh Fogg is on the mound, facing Johan Santana, and you're down $50,000, you'd bet the ranch on Fogg?

The other thing I never heard about Pete ... does anyone start gambling at the age of 45? I bet he might of gambled before he became a manager. Just a hunch. Wanna bet?

Pete was great at hitting singles. Not so great at telling the truth. And he has a gambling addiction problem.
