But Tampa Bay's recall of goaltender Karri Ramo from Springfield did raise some eyebrows, especially on the heels of Sunday's embarrassing 7-1 loss in Washington in which starter Johan Holmqvist and Marc Denis were each pulled from the game.
"Karri Ramo is not here just to practice, he is not here to get to know his buddies so he is better prepared for training camp next year," Tortorella said. "He has done some really good things [in Springfield] and played really well. I haven't been satisfied with the goaltending, and how could I be? So now he is part of the equation."
