Yeah but his numbers droped last year and if he don't bring them up to what they were 2 years ago this upcoming season teams might think he is on a decline and he may be and the likely will not have that kind of season next year.
So could he get $22 Million? yeah sure but he get that for more then 4 years with teams knowing that he might not be worth that by then.
Really is it worth for him to give up $3 Million a year for 3 Years to add an extra year at $22 when he may still may be good enough then to get $17 or $18.
Well that's the question and I really don't know the answer to it.
