Thats a tough one, depends on what you mean though.

Do you want the next team that can go far in the tounry? Or the team that can compete with UCLA on a 1 game basis ?

I am a fan of USC and I think they can make a run in the tourney.

Wash St, isnt deep enough to do alot in the tourney but for 1 game I think they could give some people a run but they arent deep enough to do it over the tourney.
