2nd-half surge subdues Raptors
Quote:
The questions will continue to come up, and Darrell Armstrong and Danny Granger are showing they will continue to be there with answers.
Armstrong keeps showing he can put his coaching career on hold for a few seasons, because at 38, he's playing like he's not ready to trade in his sneakers for a business suit.
Granger, despite waiting until the second half recently to turn up his game, is proving he's worthy of being Jermaine O'Neal's sidekick offensively.
For the second straight game, it was Granger and Armstrong who fueled a surge to help the Indiana Pacers pull away in a 102-84 victory over Toronto on Saturday night at Conseco Fieldhouse. Granger scored 14 points in the third quarter and Armstrong energized his team with his hustle to help the Pacers pull away in the second half.
