Erat's status for Chicago game uncertain - Nashville, Tennessee - Friday, 01/05/07 - Tennessean.com
Predators winger Martin Erat did not participate in practice Thursday after straining a hip flexor in a fall during Wednesday's practice.
Erat said he will take part in the morning skate prior to tonight's game in Chicago and Predators Coach Barry Trotz said Erat is a "possibility" to play.
"I feel fine," Erat said. "We will see in warmup how it is going to be."
In Erat's absence, rookie Alexander Radulov practiced on the first line with Paul Kariya and David Legwand. Trotz said he was trying to get a feel for different scenarios in case Erat can't play and to examine Radulov's "thought process" with Kariya and Legwand.
