Rollie Fingers owes almost 1.5 million in back taxes

That's because Fingers owes the state $1,433,609 in back taxes, according to a state Web site of the top 100 tax delinquents. The debt was first reported by MilwaukeeWorld.
Fingers ranks seventh on the delinquent tax list. If you count only those who owe income taxes, Fingers ranks No. 1.
