The 'Hawks secondary has been riddled with injuries in the past two weeks with Trufant, Herndon and Williams all going down. A Nickle or Dime package will have to have one of the two players signed today (Tuesday) on the field or with Julian Peterson, a wide receiver or who-knows? Seneca playing out of position.
I don't feel great about this game. We need the three WR set to be on fire, but with Stevens being teh suck I hope that the club does it with two backs. On offense Hackett running seems will be key, as Ingram hooks in a flat and Branch stretches deep. Alexander needs a two TD and 125 yard game.
Defensively Lofa will have to stop the run nearly by himself as I expect all four down linemen to be on pass rush for the full game and Julian "Hybrid" Peterson to be running all over the place. We may even see a team run a 4-4-3 defense due to the shortage in the secondary.
At least the game is at home.

I'm sorry I left for a while. I needed a vaction, and then work changed substantially. I'm over 50 hour weeks, plus two hours a day of commuting time.
A few weeks ago I launched my own blog about Seattle Sounders FC and Life in Puget Sound. I won't be by these parts often as my focus has changed. Sorry about the unannounced retirement.
