If a person has never had sexual relations with someone, and is accused of it, how many variations are there on possible responses?
Please note that, legally, having sexual relatins with an adult does not have the same definmition as having sexual relations with a minor. With an adult (as in Clinton's case), there is a wide latitude in what can be called "having sexual relations". With a minor, the parameters are quite different.
So Clinton, to have spoken the truth, would relate to very different behavior than for Clemens. It is "true enough" that Clinton did not have sexual relations, which, with an adult, implies not doing what mechanically would fall within biological procreation behavior.. For Clemens, it may also be "true enough", but for that to be the case, legally, it would have to have been platonic in fact, whatever his irrelevant desire might have been. Adults who think she's hot are not by that fact alone pedophiles. (Why do you think those photos exist?) We will have to wait and see about what Clemens did, if we ever see.
