The M's can win THIS year if things break right. It might not be particularly likely, but this team finishing in last this year should not be a foregone conclusion IMO.
Personally, I disagree with the notion that our minor league system is "terrible" and that we have an "unwillingness to sign quality free agents", but I don't think we should be accusing each other of being "blind" just yet.
To me, new quality leadership would do a lot for this franchise.
