Personally I love the man, and am forever thankful for those 3 championship years, and coming ever so close all those other years.
He has his downsides. But heck, so does (or did) Kobe. Shaq may sometimes may be called lazy, fat, selfish etc. etc. But still, as stated above, he was great for both the community and continuing the great Lakers tradition.
I also disagree with those three descriptions BTW.
Call me crazy, but I would love to see him end is career off back in L.A. (as impossible as it may seem). For a pay cut of course!
