Of course, Stewart is mashing .313/.404/.650 with 6 HR and 13 BB already, which puts a smile on all of our faces.
But get a load of these:
--Koshansky hitting .333/.454/.639 with 14 walks and 4 homers so far. Awesome. But how the hell do you put up that like when you've already struck out 27 freakin times?!?! Almost 40% of his ABs have been strikeouts. He won't keep it up, but so far this line make Jack Cust look like an amateur.
--Walks, walks, walks. Our beloved Q has to be next in line for a callup, being that his glove is great and we need an extra infielder. He has an incredible 15 walks against 10 Ks thus far in ~85 PA. Q, did you just now figure out you weren't going to hit in the middle of the order?
Seth Smith is making that total look pathetic, he has 20 walks in ~90 PA. Though he has only 4 XBH this year, none of which have left the yard. But I'm okay with that--I see Smith having a much longer career if he's okay trying to be Rusty Greer instead of Larry Walker.
--Edwin Bellorin, AKA argument #16D against re-signing Torrealba, is hitting .414/.433/.638. He came out of nowhere last year with the bat. It's looking real.
--Speaking of walks, 'Steve' Morillo has 18 in 8 and a third. Not a typo.

Also, I think Herrera is having a nice season after a horrid one last year. He should be next in line after Q to get a callup, once Barmes starts to suck again.
