Just kidding. Too early for that of course, but it's not too early to talk about the opening day lineup. Or, what we all would like to see on opening day. my opinion? Thanx for asking. Here are my $.02 worth.

Zito
Wang
Mussina
Pettitte
Igawa

RP:

Gonzalez
Linebrink
Rivera

1b: Doug Meintkewvitz
2b: Robbie Cano
SS: Derek
3b: A-Rod
C: Jorge
LF: Matsui
CF: Damon
RF: Abreau
DH: Giambi

I know most of these are no brainers but how could this be improved on really. Maybe some input from others here.

The thinking is a Randy trade gives us hopefully Linebrink & the $$$$ for Zito.
Melky for Gonzalez. Unpopular in some circles here, however this makes for good debate.

Opinions please.
