Kings-Predators Preview

Coming off their worst loss of the season, the Nashville Predators look to rebound Saturday when they host a Los Angeles Kings team they've recently played well against.

Nashville has won three of the last four meetings against Los Angeles after going winless in seven straight games in the series. Nashville won 4-1 on Dec. 7 in this season's first matchup.

Four players scored goals in that game for the Predators, including leading goal-scorer Scott Hartnell, who has 13 but none in his last four games. Erat, who is second on the team with 24 assists, had three assists in the first meeting.

Paul Kariya, who leads Nashville with 34 points, has 28 goals and 32 assists in 52 games against Los Angeles.

The Kings will be trying to snap a three-game losing streak and had almost as tough a night as the Predators did Thursday in falling 5-2 to St. Louis.
