About the Timberwolves: They were booed at home during a fourth-quarter meltdown in their 111-94 loss to the Lakers Wednesday. It was the Timberwolves' third straight loss and in all three defeats, they had led by 10 points. That includes a loss at the Bradley Center last Saturday. Minnesota held a 12-point lead over the Lakers earlier in the fourth quarter but the Timberwolves made 2-of-19 shots in the final period.
