I don't know who Guy is. As fro Paula Dean, I ate at her restaurant a couple of times when I lived in Svannah (1997-1998). I gave my aunt a cookbook and she was all giddy because it was from Paula Dean's restaurant.

CT, if Paula's accent bothers you, stay out of the South.
