Helton would be a good idea for perhaps two years..but five? The only wayit would be OK to take on Helton is by expanding the trade: helton and/or Adkins or their 3B prospect.
We then send them Aybar, Kotchman, Molina and a lesser prospect for both.
We keep Mathis.
