i am sick of it too newman but there is really nothing that can be done to keep someone like this from getting a gun. if he or she has done nothing wrong, and has not been declared "legally insane" it is their right to own one. there is no litmus test to determine whether or not somebody is going to go postal.
i dont own any guns eithor newman, but i'll be dammed if the government will tell me i cant own one. out of my cold dead hands
