He wasn't as bad as a Carter... but I would hardly call him a good President...
I'll tell you... being active duty military within his regime... he was a hated president within the ranks.... his horrid record toward the military would make him average at best.... and when I count many other things that I found him lacking at, I place him as a below average prez
