The 800BIL is probably a low ball estimate....
and again.. .this will not be an equal tax to each person either... nor will it be efficient in spending with the bureaucratic crap that is inherent in the government
I guarantee you that my tax increase would be more than the amount I pay every month to pay for my insurance now
