The appeal hasn't been heard by an arbitrator yet. That'll happen pretty soon, I'd imagine.

I'm betting that his suspension is at least reduced (to a week to ten days, I'd guess) with an outside shot that it's entirely dismissed. MLB is taking a very "leave the past behind and move one" attitude since the Mitchell report.
