This is part of the equation that makes me nervous about this game. Good passing teams have proven themselves very capable of moving the ball on Dallas this season. It's just that most of those teams either couldn't finish drives or didn't have a defense to keep the Cowboys' point total down. The Packers have both.
If Green Bay can hold Dallas under 30, I believe this will be a very close game. Or, I can even see a nightmare scenario for Dallas where this game becomes a replay of the New England game where they put up some decent points (27), but their defense is completely unable to stop Favre and the Packers end up scoring 40+.
I don't see this game as one that is an automatic win for Dallas. Many of the sports announcers seem to want to put Dallas in the super bowl already, though.
Dallas has a big rivalry game with Washington this Sunday. This would be a huge game anyway, but especially now that Washington swept Dallas last season. Gibbs' team is struggling this season, but don't count them out of a possible upset. Dallas should run away with this game, but they've layed an egg before. See Buffalo.
