1. I don't think there's any doubt that Rivera will be back in the bullpen. All signs point to Joba becoming a starter, so they'll need to replace his 8th inning efforts.
2. Edwar Ramirez is not a MLB pitcher. He has a fantastic change-up, but when your fastball is only 85, that doesn't get professional MLB hitters out. Look at his numbers. They weren't all that great, and I don't think he's a set-up guy. Veras and Ohlendorf maybe. Or Humberto Sanchez depending on how he recovers from surgery.
3. Unfortunately, the Yankees haven't been the best team in baseball for a few years.
4. Sign Bonds?! Please tell me you're kidding. We have several DH's already (Giambi and Matsui). Where exactly would Bonds play?
