The retractable covering would be something like a sail, which I find fitting for the look, as well as a way to maintain an open air feel, but avoid heavy sun or rain. From how it reads it look like they are targeting a look similar to AT&T in SanFran, especially with Home Runs landing in the bay. Overall a good idea, with the HUGE obstacle of trying to sell the Trop first.
