None of those stats (crock or not) refute that fact that no team he's played for has won a WS yet Snowy. He's an albatross & I said that before the Yankmee trade on the original Fanhome. Thanks, but no thanks. Major waste of money when he signed & still waay overpaid today. It will be sweet justice if he retires that way. If he chooses to use the option out clause, then da Yankmees can use the wad from his loss to get that pitching you mentioned. Arod is too expensive even with all those stats & Yankmees, BOS & Mutts are the only ones stupid/financially immune enough now to spend that kind of $$ on one player.
Rennster fortunately I live in Coronado which is surrounded by water. Have had several friends in outlying cities with close calls, but so far only one guy I know has had an impact: his mom's home in Jamul burned last night. Unfortunately none of the big fires here is even close to being contained, despite all the optimistic talk.
