No one could if they tried.
70,000 fans watched the Rockies at Mile High when they were an expansion team... The Marlins never came close to that. The Marlins had to buy their championship 10 years ago and the fans STILL didn't show up during the year.
The Rox got Coors Field built and the Marlins? They're still playing in Pro Dolphins Robbie Stadium
