What owner is crazy enough to want a single's hitter at 1B, a power position still in MLB?
I suppose we could get rid of Todd if we assumed 65% of his contract. Does that even make sense? Why not just keep him?
That's the decision. We would get more power with Atkins at 1B and Stewart at 3B, if we could trade Helton. That is...if Stewart lives up to his potential. Some rookies never do. Roberto Mejia anyone?
